my experience with the dealership was the best i ever had. this is my 1st new vehicle/bike EVER. 2013 Roadglide Custom BIG pearl Blue.I bought my "wife's" 1st bike at another dealership all went a few years back. Salesman Dave Lund was very polite,knowledgeable and very patience. It took a few weeks ...3 weeks to be exact and Dave called me only once. "which to me that was good" and i told him when im ready i will be right down. I wish I could rate my experience in purchasing my Harley on 11-25-2012 as higher than just "5 star." I was referred to your dealership by my brother who purchased his Harley at the South Gate location a couple years ago. I'm a new rider and was in the market for a used bike. After submitting my credit app I was contacted by Dave Lund who was very patient with my lack of knowledge and inexpereince of what I wanted to buy. Nonetheless, Dave was very knowledgable and did not pressure me to buy a bike at all, he showed me around the sales floor and even upstairs where he moved several bikes just so I could sit on one which I thought I'd like. I ended up purchasing a Heritage Softail from a salesman who I trusted and felt comfortable with. The entire experience was shocking to me because we all know the horror stories of buying cars, etc... I highly recommend Los Angeles Harley (Harley of Fullerton, Anaheim), if your in the market for a new or used Harley. Their selection of bikes is huge as well as their parts and motorclothes department. See Dallas in parts, he is another genuine nice guy who WANTS to help you. I went to LAHDA to drop off a friend who was picking up his '11 Trike that was getting serviced. Little did I know that I would be buying a gorgeous '05 fully custom candy red and ghost flames softail with 500 original miles...The salesman Dave explained to me that there were other parties interested in the bike and that they had first crack at one of the most beautiful softails I have seen. Well, Dave kept me in the loop as each buyer before me fell to the waste side until Dave made the last call to inform me that it was mine to loose. Dave was very helpful and walked me through everything from the online application (which by the way saved a grip of time) to any questions I may have had. My schedule was packed that day and Dave agreed to stay late after closing to get me through the process so I could enjoy the bike over the weekend. I just bought my first Harley today. It's a Softail Deluxe to be exact. I love the bike and I really appreciated the help and good deal this dealership has given me. During the month of December 2006, I was out riding my 2002 Fatboy, when I was struck by a car infront of the Anaheim-Fullerton store. I must say I was lucky to have not been injured, to bad I could not say the same for my bike. While waiting for the police to arrive to take the report, several employees from the dealership came out to see if I was OK. I was most impressed with this and then realized that Anahein-Fullerton was more than just a Harley dealer ship. Seeing this made me realize that I wanted only this dealership to oversee the repairs to my bike. Upon delivering my bike for estimates, I was greeted and helped with removing the bike from the trailer. Whithin a few days I was contacted by the service manager Colby in regards to getting the bike repaired. Colby made time to sit down and hear what changes I wanted to make to the bike upon its repair. Colby was very helpfull with the insurance company and was able to have my bike done within a few weeks. The end result was truly a blessing. The bike turned out even better than when I bought it. I must commend the service department with their time and effort they put in to make this happen for me. Another thing that really impressed me was everytime I stopped by the service department, they always remembered my name. I flew in from Sydney Australia in April 2006 for a vacation and travelled by bus to your establishment from downtown LA....an experience in itself. The accessories dept could not have been more helpful. The guy behind the counter with the LIVE FAST tattoos on his fingers told it all [sorry I did not get your name] He could not have been more helpfull. I was asking about a chrome polish and he went as far to pull a penny out and show me how good it worked. Thanks a million, Chris

Just got to tell you, my home dealer used to be Laidlaws in Baldwin Park and got all my services there until I began having issues with them. A friend recommended your dealer a few years ago and I WILL NEVER take my bikes anywhere else nor buy from anywhere else! Your service staff, Colby Craddock (serv. mgr), Paul, Charles and Paula are real 5-star people and a great asset to your dealership! Tom & Barbara, Just wanted to tell you how fantastic everyone is at your dealership. Gene, Mike, Troy and all the guys in Parts are always "THE BOMB" whenever I come into the shop. Recently Mike went out of his way to help me order some small electrical connectors for a custom rear speaker installation on my FLTRI. The parts certainly aren't big ticket items, and I got lukewarm help from two other dealerships I tried while working at jobs in other cities. After contacting Milwaukee directly and still not getting a satisfactory answer, I was about to give up. Mike went the extra mile and spent a lot of time in order to get correct part numbers and order the connectors for me. Thanks for providing us with such an outstanding shop with the best people!!!

Brought my 06 Street Bob in last week for a race tuner and dyno-tune after installing an aftermarket exhaust and air cleaner myself. After working on my bike all day, your mechanic noticed that it still didn't seem to be running right and was showing various trouble codes. Rather than send me home on a bike that might not have made it all the way (I live in Riverside, approximately 50 miles away), your crew instead gave me a loaner bike (an 06 Sportster 1200) to ride home (I've never had any motorcycle dealer, regardless of make, offer me a loaner bike). The next day your mechanic identified the problem on my bike as being a bad fuel injector, replaced it under warranty, and got my bike up and running (and with the aftermarket exhaust, air cleaner and HD race tuner, it's runnning really great). I just wanted to comment about my most recent experience with the service dept. I brought my 2001 Road King in for the 10 k service. I have had my bike in the service dept many times for various reasons. To be honest, i know u guys collect a hefty price for ur service, which is understandable. I am a firm believer in paying the pros for their knowledge and expertise. I just wanted to comment that my bike has never ran better. The tech who did the latest service did some adjustments on the carb and maybe the timing, but the king is running sweet. Thanks for the fine job, and im happy that Colby is running the show over there, with the help of a fine staff. P.S. I sure wish i owned some Harley stock!!!!!!

Folks don't often give praise to those who deserve it. Well, I must say that everyone I have done business with at A/F H-D have gone out of their way to help me and my scooters. Spending extra time to find a hard to get part, always calling me back to let me know when my parts are in, doing a little something extra when I have one of the bikes in for service, helping me find the answers to tech questions and being open when others aren't. I went into another dealer in 89 to buy a Heritage when they first came out. I had been restoring my 68 Electra Glide for the last three days and by my greasy look and bloodshot eyes they must have thought I didn't have the $14,000 cash that I had in my pocket and blew me off in a manner that caused me not to enter another dealership until 2006. When I stepped into Fullerton Harley they treated me with courtesy and a user friendly attitude. I left with the Hertiage Classic 2006 I have wanted since 89 at a lower price than I could find anywhere else. Their parts department is knowledgeable and very efficent. When I purchased some rain gear the girl in the clothing department bent over backwards to help us. This dealership knows how to treat thier customers and I will be returning for years to come. Having just purchased a private party 2003 Classic with 30,000 miles, I wanted the bike checked out so I would not have any problems. The dealership assisted me through the process, found out that the bike had an extended warranty, did the work that was needed, and made sure that my warranty stayed in effect. I was impressed with the amount of extra time that the service people put into my used bike. Even when their was some misunderstanding as to what I wanted and what was installed, the service people went out of their way to make sure that I was satisified with the work and the final cost. Getting the bike back cleaner that I had ever seen it was a real treat. They even assisted me in getting the bike onto my truck for the ride home. I ordered a 1995 Herritage Classic (new) from JC in March of 1994. I took delivery September 1, 1994. The entire experience from checking out which model I wanted to delivery was great. JC walked me through the entire process "painlessly" and even took my picture with my new bike and sent me a calender with the picture on it. I've ridden the bike over the Western United States several times without any problems. I recently stopped by the dealership and dropped in on JC to say "thanks" once again, almost 14 years later. Sunday Sept. 13 my wife and I purchased an 06 roadster and it was a pleasent buying experience. The sales staff ( Joe and Jim) were great and being a new rider got me onto the right bike. After a test drive around the block there was a small problem with the idle and they said servie would look at it and get her fixed. Servce got it fixed on Tuesday and they were as pleasent and friendly as could be. Also with being a new rider the option of having it delivered to me to avoid the highways was a great incentive. I appreciate the friendly staff and will be back in the near future for all my accesorie needs. Special note - Joe was extremley helpful in ordering additional accesories at the time of purchase and even walked over with my wife to the parts to verify quanity and such, along with pointing out some great leather jackets which we purchase also. While he was busy dping that Jim got me situated on my bike with pointers and helpful tips. I've recently shopped and found my 2010 Electra Glide. Dave "Lefty" was extremely knowledgeable and caring with all my questions. I did not purchase my bike from FHD but did find an incredible deal from a private party. Too be sure I will be re-visiting FHD for all my other needs. In the world of sales, you win some and you loose some. Lefty kept his professional composure and is a great guy to deal with.

After an unfortunate accident, I brought my 2010 Ultra in for repairs. I can't say enough about Jim, Eric and Colby. The repairs were done on time, the bike looks like new and as always your personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. This has not always been my experience at other dealerships which is why Fullerton HD is the only place that services my bikes.

I had imported the first new AMF FLH bike after WW II. to our country, but I did'nt take care for the different sizes of tools and screws plus an unability to get any snapring within our country - so did I begun 1972 to contact Tom and his Parts Manager Gene and they did send me for many years all my needs cod ! over all the many miles - Tom and friends did visit us 3 times and we did 10 long distance tours in US now ar the age of 78 will I say thanks for all the help and kindness to Barbara,Tom and Brian regards Herbert

From the first time I walked in to Fullerton Harley it has been a great experience. After a quick hello I was able to just browse to my hearts content. When i had questions they were there to help. I was offered to try out any bike I was interested in etc. I had no intentions of buying from Fullerton for I live in Corona and have been renting from them and thought out of loyalty I would buy there. Since I worked so close to Fullerton HD I was happy to at least go feed my curiosity and do the initial shopping on my lunch breaks. I was so taken by Dave that I decided to buy from him. Sorry Skip... Since then I have joined the family at Fullerton, attended the major events they have held and enjoyed all of it. I buy all my parts, clothes etc. here. The parts guys know me by name, as do the clothing sales people. Darlene in particular is a very good sales person. She has helped me pick out the correct fitting leather jacket and other items that are very good to have. I look forward to many years to come of shopping there and buying my next bike there as well.

I went to two other H-D dealerships-- I felt that the service and staff at all were good. But L.A. Harley was by far superior. Alan spent much time working the best deal he could. I couldn't believe the stamina he had with me and trying to deal with the financing sources. In the end, I rode away with the bike; the color, the options I was looking for as well as a lower price than two other dealers (who only had the wrong color and couldn't do longer than 5 years financing!). In the future my only referral will be to LA Harley.

My experience with the purchases of the road glide was fantastic. Kitty and Vandy made it smooth and stuck to what was promised. no overselling, and made sure I was happy with the bike. You will never find a better group of people to deal with anywhere in Southern California, The sales people are upfront and honest with your purchase, no hidden fee's and best of all, you never get any B.S. from anyone here. My family and friends always refer people to LA Harley. My buddy Phil just picked up his new Bike around Thanksgiving and I am thinking of getting another bike for myself this spring. i took my bike into service for fishtail exhaust and lowering.....from the start, chris, marco and dallas all were more them helpful in helping me get what it was i wanted for my bike, after it was done i went with my girlfriend and youngest daugther to pick it up, as marco finished my paper work, i was picking dallas's brian on some other stuff (one stand up dude that dallas) i will be buying in the near future, once again dallas was more then helpful, letting me go check if my big ass foot would fit on his own bikes controls, i just wanted you to know, i found this whole transaction to be so easy, and the staff so freindly, my little girl ate a dounut watched tv and was all smiles as her father pulled away loud and proud....THE STAFF MARCO, CHRIS,AND DALLAS GREAT DUDES....... Even though I purchased elsewhere(closer to my area 5 hours North) I really appreciated the service from Alan. If I am in the area I will defineitly stop by.

recently bought 2 new shirts, sales person was curtious and helpful. While I was at L.A. Harley I asked a sales person what exhaust pipes he would recommend for my 2007 Road King, Not only did he recommend pipes to me but he led me to the service garage so I could hear various pipes that were on various bikes. Very Impressive. I talked to 4 different sales people and all were curtious and professional. My hats Off to what looks like a good crew. L.A. Harley will probibly be my choice for service,parts and accessories. I'll definately spread the word.
